Late in 2017, we launched Bouchon at Bellarine with a very simple idea:
Classic French Provincial cuisine, utilising the best produce, smack in the middle of the Bellarine Peninsula's famous wine-producing region.
The restaurant is located on one of the Peninsula's oldest established vineyards, Bellarine Estate Winery.
We work in close collaboration with our neighbours at Bellarine Estate to provide our customers with great cool climate, award-winning wines all year round, right next door to where the grapes are grown, picked and produced.
Our kitchen produces absolutely everything from scratch, paying respect to classic French methods and traditional rustic fare.
We love our huge vegetable beds right at the back door of the kitchen and the loads of seasonal goodies that they provide.
Great food and service, set amongst the rolling hills of the regions premier wine country, with a very distinct French twist.
